We ship throughout Australia and internationally.
We aim to send your Wellness Box within 24 hours of ordering, Monday – Friday.
Please be aware that due to COVID, there are delays to delivery times.
We use Sendle as our courier delivery service. The courier rates are :
$16.50 Australia-wide for orders up to $199.00
$25.00 Australia-wide for orders over $199.00
Delivery time is 3-7 days.
Regional and remote areas may take longer.
Same day delivery to metro Sydney areas is possible for an additional fee.
International orders are calculated at checkout.
We recommend your order is addressed to a secure location. Once a package has been delivered to its location, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We deliver to residential and business addresses only, our courier does not deliver to PO Boxes.

Returns & Exchange
It’s important to us that you receive your Wellness Box, as it was intended.
Should a product arrive damaged or different to your expectations, please get in touch with us via firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include a picture of the item and your order details.
We will be in touch as soon as possible. We may ask you to return it for a full refund, providing it is unused and in original packaging.
If you’re disappointed with your purchase for any other reason please do get in touch so we can discuss a resolution, whether it’s replacement, store credit or a refund.
